SCHLEGEL‘s ASI operational concept provides the integration of diverse combinations of SCHLEGEL control units and pilot lights in the AS-Interface system, acc. to specification 3.0.

The integrated SCHLEGEL ASI I/O-module has been designed for the modular arrangement of customized operating units or for front-panel mounting along with SCHLEGEL control units.

The operating units can be equipped with illuminated pushbuttons, 2 and 3-position selector switches or key switches, according to customers‘ requirements.

These individual membrane pushbuttons combine the advantages of a membrane keyboard and the flexibility of conventional pushbuttons.  In a word: If one key fails you won't have to replace the complete keyboard but exchange only the key in question.

The OKJF.. series are recommended for projects not justifying the use of membrane keyboards due to low quantities.

The pushbuttons can be illuminated and labelled. They do have a clearly perceptible action point and fit onto the snap-action contact units with PCB-mount or Fast on terminals. The key button is available in white, yellow, red, green and blue.

Wherever the design of a control panel requires high robustness, a long life and secure function, the control units of the DUX-Standard series are the right ones.

Their actuators are often used to complete existing panels, for replacement purposes and especially in cases searching for budget-priced solutions.

Protection Type IP65

The control units of the DUX-Standard series are hand-operated electrical components for mounting dia. 22.3mm.

They serve to switch auxiliary circuits and are used in processing and manufacturing machines, in the shipbuilding industry, in the construction of rail vehicles , in cranes and elevators and in many other electro technical branches. The actuators are available in impact-proof plastics with black or charcoal front bezel, alternatively with chromed metallic front bezel.

Schlegel pushbuttons of the OKTRON series are real trend-setters for flat industrial control units with a mounting diameter of 16mm.  The short stroke of 3 mm comes up with a very small mounting depth.

As design and function of the OKTRON series are in close contact, many colour combinations can be realized by snap-on front bezels, which for example are also available in metal optics.

The square shape allows side by side assembly and thus full keyboard arrangements, grid dimension 25 x 25 mm.

The emergency-stop buttons ref. FRUV and FRUVL (illuminable) are compatible to customary short-stroke keyboards as having the same mounting depth.

The emergency-stop button comprises a red mushroom with lighting option, a yellow housing and a switching position indicator. Its snap-action latching mechanism can be released by twisting the mushroom to the right or left. Other features: Positive opening contacts.

The ultra-fl at control units of the well-known, design-awarded series RONTRONRJUWEL and RONTRON-Q-JUWEL are presented in a new, sensational look.

A high-quality surface in burl wood or carbon decor has been optimally combined with an elegant design. Thus, providing actuators that are predestined for the use in special environments making high individual demands on materials and design.

Even other decors can be realised according to customers‘ requirements. The ring-shaped illumination of the pushbuttons will be perfectly colour-coordinated with the decor of the actuators and the control panel by choosing the appropriate LED.
